Little Rock turned out not to be our favorite little City in Arkansas for hiking and cuisine. (Hot Springs is way up there and so is Fayetteville.) But, the Little Rock club put on a great show with awesome judges. My hat is off (again) to any club using Carol Mett 'cause she got the art of being confident, funny, and nurturing. We walked out with 44 pts, two 3rds & one 2nd (for 18 Front & Finish pts). It could have easily been 18 pts higher, but the human side of the team had three noteworthy boo-boos. One sit in the wrong place on an Advanced course cost us a perfect 300 and uncontested High Triple & High Combined ribbons. Oh, the tears and what ifs. Live and Learn, and Carry On!
We did complete our goals for this meet and we're on track by adding 15 Masters pts and finishing the RAE3 & RM3 on the same day. (I found the other 3rd place ribbon 6 hrs after I took this picture, but you get the idea.)
Love our #EarlySunRise do All-The-Things SuzieQ.
Next up is a 3-day weekend of agility. Time to play❣️
